From the slam dunks to the incredible three pointers, what a way to start of the NBA Finals 2017. High levels of intensity, energetic and aggressive, I will use to describe this first game. Golden State Warriors dominated this game from beginning to end winning with 113-91, creating NBA history with the most consecutive wins in a single playoffs with a 13-0 winning streak. Have the warriors become unbeatable? Let me break down the game now.
I must say the addition of Kevin Durant to the Warriors was surely a good boost to the Warriors lineup. Durant was the leading scorer for the Warriors with 38 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists. His game was just remarkable, I loved it. Next, top scorer for the Warriors was Stephen Curry with 28 points inclusive of 6 3s, he has to be best three point shooter in the league, 6 rebounds, 10 assists and 3 steals. Leading the scoring for the Cavaliers were trio Lebron James (28 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists), Kyrie Irving (24 points) and Kevin Love (15 points, 21 rebounds).

Could we talk about turnovers? Cleveland Cavaliers had 14 turnovers compared to the Warriors 4 turnovers, to me this was one of the major factors that pulled the Cavaliers down. Got to control those turnovers, it the Finals after all.
Will Cavaliers comeback stronger on Sunday? Well we saw what happened in the NBA Finals 2016, Golden State Warriors won the first two games, however Cleveland Cavaliers won the title 4-3, therefore anything is possible. The only difference to the Warriors is Kevin Durant and if he continues to play the way he is playing, Warriors surely got a chance of winning this series. Just got wait and see how the series will playoff.
Game 2 will be on Sunday @ 8:00 pm (Atlantic Standard Time) where the Warriors will host Cavaliers once again.
