Started my weight loss journey today, gonna try my best to stick to it. Currently, I weigh 200 lbs with the height of 160 cm, for my height that is surely too much weight. I am for planning to lose about 20 lbs over the next three months. Weight loss has always been a challenge for me, this time I’m just gonna put in the hard work and kept focus on my goal which is weighing 180 lbs by September.
How do I plan to drop the pounds? These are some of the steps that I am going to be taking to help with the weight loss:
- Drinking lots of water
- No carbonated drinks
- No junk foods
- More veggies and fruits
- Working out twice daily 25-30 minutes for each session
