Blogging Challenge – Day 25

July 25th – What’s my workout routine?

I have tried various workout programs, Insanity and T-25, I just can’t complete them, think my body isn’t ready for that just yet. They are intense and wonderful programs, when my body is ready I will give it a try again. Every week I tend to change my routine, I get bored pretty fast…lol. So for this week 24/07/2017-29/07/2017. 

Morning Workout 

My morning workout is usually 20-30 minutes long using the elliptical machine. This machine gives your legs and arms a good workout. Playing music keeps me pushing to complete the workout, this is changed every week also.

Afternoon/Evening 

My afternoon/evening, usually 30-40 minutes doing a series of different exercises. This week’s exercises include:

  • 3 minutes warm-up
  • 15 minutes jog/walk
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 20 squats
  • 5 minutes walk
  • 3 minutes cool down
