Now that week 2 of the regular season is completed here are my top three highlights from this week.
Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic is having a good season thus far, recording 4 wins and 1 loss after 5 games. Two of these wins came against, San Antonio Spurs and Cleveland Cavaliers. Facing the Cavaliers on the 21st October, Orlando dominated the game throughout, with Nikola Vucevic leading the way with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Final score for the game was 114-93, Orlando being on the winning end. In the matchup against the Spurs, Orlando brutally attack them winning by 27 points, final score 114-87. It will be interesting to see if the Orlando Magic can keep this momentum going,, still a long way in the season to go.

DeMarcus Cousins Returned To Sacramento
After being traded to the New Orleans Pelicans from the Sacramento Kings in the later part of the 2016/2017 season, DeMarcus Cousins finally stepped foot onto the Kings homecourt again. Cousins received an awesome welcome as he was introduced, then there was a simple tribute video in the first half of the game for him. However, the real highlight of the game was Cousins dropping 41 points, 23 rebounds and 6 assists in his 44 minutes of play, guiding his team to a comfortable victory.

Bradley Beal vs Draymond Green
This incident was unnecessary and unprofessional, so uncalled for. Shooting guard for the Washington Wizards Bradley Beal and forward for the Golden State Warriors Draymond were both ejected from Friday’s (27th October) matchup after a little scuffle between the two. This all began after Kelly Oubre Jr. failed an attempt at a three pointer opportunity. I watched the game live and replayed this moment a couple of times and came to the conclusion that Beal started this whole ordeal. There was a little push and shove between the two which resulted in a “wrestling match”, both players tackling each other to the floor. After the incident, Green came out looking like “hulk” bursting out off his t-shirt. Although, both players were ejected, in my opinion on this occasion Green didn’t need to be ejected.

This was Bradley Beal’s response, you can click the link for the video.
At a post game interview Green stated the following:
