Realistic Ways To Improve Your Health

Since I am currently on my journey to a healthy me, I am going to list four realistic ways that I have use to improve my health. This may not work for everybody, however this is what works for me.

  1. Water intake is very important. Drink more water, less carbonated drinks and juices with unnecessary added sugar. I must confess that sometimes I do drink those beverages, however you won’t want to be drinking those beverages every single day. Do everything in moderation. The intake of more water for me, usually has me more vibrate and not bloated for some reason. I try my best to drink at least one gallon of water per day, sometimes I reach the gallon sometimes I don’t.

  2. Exercise is another important thing to improve your health. I try my best to workout 3-5 times a week. By exercising you feel more energized, vibrate, not too sleepy and not lazy, at least for me. However, you should never overwork yourself, the pounds aren’t going to drop instantly. Everything is process and will take some time. Walking for 20-30 minutes in the morning gets me going for the day, at evenings I will do a more heavy exercise using the elliptical and doing several different exercise for 45-60 minutes.

  3. Proper Eating Habits is the major way for improving you health in my opinion. You can exercise all you want, but if you don’t eat well the pounds aren’t going to drop. I am not under any strike diet, I choose to eat in moderation and alternate some of my eating habits. For example, I will include more vegetables in my meals, eat less snacks, finding healthier alternatives, more fruits and less fast food. Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to stop eating all the of your favorite foods. If you eat Doritos or Pringles everyday, cut it down to once a week.

  4. Proper Rest, once you get a goodnight rest believe me your mornings and day will be much better, lol. Rest is very,, very important, the body need its rest.

These are just my four ways to a improve my health, everyone isn’t the same other things will work for others, this works for me.

  1. Great tips! You are so right in saying that moderation is key. We don’t have to be drastic with the changes to our diet but we have to make the necessary changes if we want the results. One day at a time. Keep it up. Have a wonderful weekend.
