Welcome back to my blog once again, glad you are taking time out of your day to read this post. This is the first of many “Weightloss Wednesdays” to come.
Last year I started this journey but was very unsuccessful, there were so many factors that contributed to this failure, I wasn’t prepared mentally to carryout this journey. One thing I have learnt is you need to be consistent in order to get results. Sometimes, I will start eating well and exercising everyday however by the third week of this I just filtered back into my old habits.
This year is a year of results for me, I have created a plan and very committed to sticking to it throughout the year. By documenting my weight loss journey here is a motivation for me to keep pushing. Not going to say I am attempting to, I want to, I am trying to anymore, from this year and beyond I will be saying “I AM GOING TO.”
My goal for this year, is to lose a total of 40lbs by 31st December 2018. In the upcoming weeks, I will be sharing with you guys what I eat, my exercising routines and much more, so stay tuned.
