Hey there, yes you reading this post, hope you are having a wonderful day. As mentioned in my previous “Weightloss Wednesdays #1” post, my goal is to drop a total of 40lbs, but how am I going to do that, there must be a plan.
Today I’m going to share with you the steps I’ll be taking for my weight loss for this year of 2018.
💪 Eating Healthier
✨ Got to have more veggies on my plate. Usually, every Friday I will have fast food, that now changes to once a month.
✨ I am a lover of snacks especially chips, for this weight loss journey I will be looking for healthier snacks or just make my own.
✨ My water intake will drastically be increased, substituting juices for water. Only on Sundays I’ll have a glass of juice, everyone needs a little juice in their life, right???…..😄
✨ I workout six times a week, resting on Sundays. From the beginning of February I will be giving Shaun T-25 a go again. To me it’s a wonderful program, I just never completed it. This year though I feel more determined, confident and mentally ready to give it a try again.
✨ Your body needs to recharge, sleep is very important.
This journey is a lifestyle change for me, I don’t ever want to be this heavy again. In saying this, at the end of each month I will be doing a progress report to share with you guys.
