Welcome back to yet another edition of “Weightloss Wednesdays” . Today I will be sharing with you guys somethings I do to keep on the right track with my weight loss journey.
So here are three of the major things I do…
1. A Workout/Eating Journal
For this journal, I used a regular notebook and designed it to my liking. In this book I write down my workouts for each day, also at the end of each workout I ask myself a couple of questions, those are just some of the things I write down. Pretty soon I will be sharing with you guys this book, so lookout for that.
2. Cooking my own food
By cooking your own food you exactly what you are putting in that specific meal, compared to buying it on the outside. I find some healthy meal ideas, whether it be on Pinterest or Instagram to help me along the way, so I won’t be eating the same thing over and over.
3. Follow motivational pages
I follow person on Twitter, Instagram and WordPress who are also on a weight loss journey for some motivation and encouragement.
