Weightloss Wednesdays #4

Hey there , welcome back to another day of “Weightloss Wednesdays”, today I will be sharing with you guys how I plan for my day of workout and eating.

The following picture is how I planned for today, January 24th. On this daily planner I write down, my meals, workouts, water intake and a quote for the day.

For my daily meals I will do an inspection of the refrigerator and pantry to see what ingrendients are available. Once this is done I will plan various menus. I usually drink 8 bottles (410 ml) each day, after I drink each one I will place a blue star to represent this.

Although it isn’t mentioned, I usually have a fruit at breakfast also.

I got three more bottles to go.

For workouts, once I have completed the workout a star will be placed to symbolize accomplishment.  By writing down a quote it gives me motiviation to keep pushing on this journey and to really give it my best.

I usually do my evening workouts at 6pm, that’s why there isn’t any star just yet. I am going to do it though.

The quotes I use for this is always heath or fitness related.

  1. I love this article! but I started doing intermittent fasting about a month ago and I can say I’m never going back to my regular way of eating. Just by changing the window of when I eat has lost me 6 lbs in just 3 weeks! And also thats with not stepping into a gym to workout either. I personally do 16:8 cause it works best for me and half the time I’m fasting, I’m asleep. So it makes it 10x better. But if anyone is interested l.
