Hey there , welcome back to another day of “Weightloss Wednesdays”, today I will be sharing with you guys how I plan for my day of workout and eating.
The following picture is how I planned for today, January 24th. On this daily planner I write down, my meals, workouts, water intake and a quote for the day.
For my daily meals I will do an inspection of the refrigerator and pantry to see what ingrendients are available. Once this is done I will plan various menus. I usually drink 8 bottles (410 ml) each day, after I drink each one I will place a blue star to represent this.
For workouts, once I have completed the workout a star will be placed to symbolize accomplishment. By writing down a quote it gives me motiviation to keep pushing on this journey and to really give it my best.
