Hey there readers, welcome back to yet another edition of “Weightloss Wednesdays” and in today’s post I will be sharing a fitness app that im using for my morning workouts. In the past my morning workouts would have been either walking, running or jogging. For the month of March I decided to switch it up a bit. This month I will be using an app called 30 Day Fitness Challenge for my morning workouts, it’s free.
When you launch the app it gives the different workouts you can choose from, there’s Full Body, Abs, Butt, Arms and Legs workouts to choose from, also there’s an area for you to enter your weight. Since I’m trying to work on my arms this month, I started with the arms workouts. I don’t suggest you attempt all the workout challenges at once, take it one day at a time. In addition, there’s an instructions tab which shows you a visual of how each one of the exercises is supposed to be done. There are levels to the workouts, easy, medium and hard you choose what works best for you.
So if you are looking for a little help on your weightloss journey or just a challenge, I definitely recommend this app.
