Sometimes we may be caught up in our jobs, school, parenting etc. and forget to invest in ourselves. Self care is one of the most important thing a person can do for themselves, it doesn’t need to be extravagant, could be very simple yet effective. In today’s blog post I will be sharing with you guys 3 ways to take care of yourself.

1.TAKE TIME OUT FROM TECHNOLOGY
Sometimes technology, especially social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) could be so distracting to our lives, time flies by so fast when on social media. During that time off from technology, engage in something you love, whether it be reading a good novel, cooking, art, even catching up on some TV-series.
Working out daily, especially on mornings for me, releases stress and anxiety. Gets you motivated and energized for the day ahead. Also keeps you in shape.
3.TALK/HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS
The majority of times we speak to friends/family via social media. Make time to physically enjoy each others company whether it be going to the movies, the beach, party etc.
