Welcome once again to another edition of “Mixup Mondays”, today I will be sharing three easy ways to help simplify your life.
3 Ways To Simplify Your Life
- Get A Planner
Planners are always a good thing, even if you don’t own one you can use a regular old copybook or some computer paper. Write down your goals that you will like to achieve each month, during that particular month ensure that you breakdown your major goal into parts. For example: If your goal is to lose 10 lbs in the month of August, your should work to losing at least 2 lbs per week. Plan your meals for each week, it sometimes get frustrating to me when I don’t have figured out what I’m going to cook for a specific day. So, to ease my stress, the night before I will decide on a specific meal ensuring that I have all the right ingredients to make that meal. Another reason I use a planner is it makes blogging easier for me, I always write down what I’m going to post for my scheduled days of releasing blog post.
- Ask For Help
Sometimes we feel we know it all, which is definitely not true, we don’t know it all. Asking for help is a great way of expanding your knowledge, it helps in creating a better you. To be honest, I wasn’t a fan of asking for help but as I aged, it was very necessary. Put your pride aside and ask for help if you need it.
- Prioritize
This is important, not prioritizing could be so overwhelming when thinking of all the things that need to be done. Usually, I will always start with the biggest and most stressful tasks. This helps to keep stress and anxiety levels down.
Hope these ways help to simplify your life in someway or the other.

Some great advice here! My planner is honestly my life lol, I don’t have a clue what I’m doing if I don’t have it with me.

I think planners are adorable, and I definitely own a few cute journals but I have to do all planning in my notes in my phone in order to be effective. (I think that counts.) It has helped me tremendously to prioritize and determine where I really need the help.
