Day 2 – Your Morning Routine

Although everyday’s routine may not be in the same order each day, this a typical morning routine for me each day. 

  1. Prayer, each day I rise I give thanks to the Lord for a new day. 
  2. Make a hot cup of lemon and ginger tea to break the gas (lol).
  3. Workout for 20-30 minutes, gets me energized for the day ahead.  
  4. Have breakfast, usually granola with yogurt and fruit or a smoothie.
  5. Pick out my clothes for work if I had not the night before.
  6. Pack my lunch, snacks, water for work.
  7. Bath, dress and then I out the door by 8:00am.

My lunch (pasta with cheese, sweet peppers and tomatoes). Snacks – Pineapple, grapes, and crackers.

Nothing too spectacular, but that’s a typical morning routine for me.

    1. Nope, I Don’t Have A Specific Skin Care Routine. All I Do Is Wash My Face With “Dove – go fresh, fresh touch moisturizing cream,beauty cream bar”. It Doesn’t Get Your Face Dry As Some Other Soaps, Because I Do Experience Dry Skin Also.
