Day 2 – Your Morning Routine
Although everyday’s routine may not be in the same order each day, this a typical morning routine for me each day.
- Prayer, each day I rise I give thanks to the Lord for a new day.
- Make a hot cup of lemon and ginger tea to break the gas (lol).
- Workout for 20-30 minutes, gets me energized for the day ahead.
- Have breakfast, usually granola with yogurt and fruit or a smoothie.
- Pick out my clothes for work if I had not the night before.
- Pack my lunch, snacks, water for work.
- Bath, dress and then I out the door by 8:00am.
Nothing too spectacular, but that’s a typical morning routine for me.
